Anonymous: This might be a stupid question but I don't get why burrows chugged his glove. Could you explain?

the guy he was mocking (shane o'brien) has a rep for being a bit of a party boy hence the gesture. it’s pretty funny for canucks fans since he got into huge trouble back when he played for us for being late for practice after hanging out at the infamous roxy bar the night before, it’s been a running joke since.
